Our Mission is to bring practical formal and informal education to children and young people, crafting lifelong learning skills.
By pursuing a nurturing approach to encourage participation in our sessions, we engage with children and young people at a level where they can easily connect with adults and their peers.
Recognising and cultivating their potential, striving for adventure and excellence in a safe environment, supported by a wealth of creative and proficient adults.
Our intervention model has been designed to support individuals who may be unable to access education due to: being vulnerable or at risk, being a looked after child (LAC); special educational needs and disability (SEND); social, emotional or mental health needs; temporarily, permanently, or on the cusp of exclusion; disengaged from education.
We recognise that children and young people come to us with a wide range of reasons as to why formal education couldn’t meet their needs, and we provide a safe and caring environment to address these concerns and aim for reintegration into education, training, or employment
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and efficiently respond to the needs of the young people, including prompt responses to enquiries and referrals, as well as swiftly creating a bespoke package to meet these needs with our versatile, diverse, and highly trained staff team
We recognise there is an increasing need for good quality alternative education, and we have a fantastic team of mentors and tutors who are able to deliver our bespoke sessions in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Our staff have the knowledge and experience to ensure that they remain flexible and responsive to the young person’s needs while always finding opportunities for education and mentoring
With our bespoke packages, we aim to provide engaging opportunities for both formal and informal learning to meet the individual need of each child and young person. We encourage young people to try new things, approach challenges positively, and actively seek support when needed, so that nobody gets left behind
