In the event that an individual engages in abusive or intimidating behaviour towards our staff, Innovate Dorset Ltd will take appropriate action to safeguard our employees. This may include:

 

  • Refusing further interaction: We reserve the right to discontinue any further communication or engagement with an individual who exhibits abusive behaviour towards our staff.


  • Blocking numbers or email addresses: To ensure the well-being and mental health of our staff, we may choose to block the contact information of individuals who engage in abusive behaviour.


  • Reporting to relevant employers or authorities: If necessary, we will report instances of abusive behaviour to the relevant employer or authority in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
