With our bespoke packages, we aim to provide engaging opportunities for both formal and informal learning to meet the individual needs of each child and young person. We encourage young people to try new things, approach challenges positively, and actively seek support when needed so that nobody gets left behind.
Our intervention model has been designed to support individuals who may be unable to access education due to being vulnerable or at risk, being a looked-after child (LAC), having special educational needs and disability (SEND), having social, emotional, or mental health needs, being temporarily, permanently, or on the cusp of exclusion, or being disengaged from education.
We recognise that children and young people come to us with a wide range of reasons as to why formal education couldn’t meet their needs, and we provide a safe and caring environment to address these concerns and aim for reintegration into education, training or employment
We recognise the increasing need for high-quality alternative education, and we have a fantastic team of mentors and tutors who can deliver our bespoke sessions in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Our staff have the knowledge and experience to ensure that they remain flexible and responsive to the young person’s needs while always finding opportunities for education and mentoring.
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and efficiently respond to young people's needs, including prompt responses to enquiries and referrals. Our versatile, diverse, and highly trained staff team swiftly creates a bespoke package to meet these needs.
